1. Overview
CC-PAIX01 is a 16-channel non-HART high-density analog input module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, early generation HLAI card before CC-PAIN01. It only supports standard 4–20mA two-wire transmitters without HART protocol, all channels single-ended wiring design, no differential mode. Matched IOTA terminal base: CC-TAIN01 (non-redundant simplex base). It adopts 1500V channel-to-backplane galvanic isolation, built-in RC anti-interference filter, hot-swap online maintenance and G3 conformal coating. Cost-effective for mass conventional analog transmitters without smart HART diagnosis demand, widely used in power, petrochemical, oil & gas and water treatment general process monitoring loops.
